Then you need Scotch Mist – normally a 5-piece Scottish country dance band, the alter ego of Contraband!
Available of course for Burns Night, Weddings, Anniversarys, Birthdays and Fund raising events.
Quality equipment means that we sound good in any size venue. Our own caller will guide everyone through the dances in a light-hearted way, so Scotch Mist is ideal for any ceilidh or wedding with mixed ability dancers.
The band will always provide a Caller who, will talk everybody through the steps first, allowing any beginners to join in the fun.
Our music can be adapted for either the experienced dancer or the newcomer to a Ceilidh evening.
Clients can consult the band in advance for any special requests.
